Hi all just thought i would pop in to say hi good to see another cod forum out there well done
i live in SA cod country i enjoy casting small jackalls & oargee plows i also have a small collection of doofdocs to tow im just waiting for cod season to open at the end of dec here is SA as there has been a 12month ban on them but being close to the border enables me to locate a few nice cod

Good to see another member old mate, would be tuff having a 12month lay off on cod angling. We are all itching for dec 1st, I myself are heading too nangiloc with a few work mates. Don't expect to catch any monsters at there will be every man and his dog there. Hope to see you around on the forums with some cod pics and mayber one for the metre club gallery
